Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards; Child Restraint Anchorage Systems Amendment

The Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards document amends the child restraint anchorage systems standard to extend the deadline for final-stage manufacturers to install tether anchorages and temporarily exempt funeral coaches from the standard, in response to requests from industry associations.
