NHTSA Allows Importation of Non-Compliant 1986 Chevrolet Blazer Vehicles
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has made a decision to permit the importation of 1986 Chevrolet Blazer vehicles that do not meet all applicable Federal motor vehicle safety standards, as they are substantially similar to vehicles originally certified for importation and can be modified to comply with the standards.
