NHTSA Publishes Revised List of Nonconforming Vehicles Eligible for Importation

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has updated its list of vehicles that were not originally manufactured to meet federal safety standards, making them eligible for importation, effective October 1, 2002, and published annually in the Federal Register.
