Insurer Reporting Requirements Updated
The final rule updates Appendices A, B, and C of 49 CFR part 544, requiring passenger motor vehicle insurers to file reports on motor vehicle theft loss experiences, with a deadline of October 25, 2003, for the 2000 calendar year reports.
