NHTSA Proposes Revised Definition of Low-Speed Vehicles, Excluding Trucks

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has proposed a revised definition of low-speed vehicles, which would exclude trucks from the definition and limit the class to small vehicles, providing a more comprehensive definition than the current one.
