NCUA Updates Definitions for Federal Credit Union Loan Participation Rule

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is revising its definitions for 'credit union organization' and 'financial organization' to provide federal credit unions with more flexibility in selecting loan participation partners, in line with the recently updated credit union service organizations (CUSOs) rule.
