The US Coast Guard is establishing three safety and security zones around federal properties of its facilities in Portsmouth, New Hampshire; Portland, Maine; and Boothbay Harbor, Maine, to protect against sabotage, accidents, or other threats. Entry without permission is strictly prohibited.
