Continuation of Antidumping Duty and Countervailing Duty Orders on Polyester Textured Yarn from China and India

Summary

The U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission have determined that revoking antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on polyester textured yarn from China and India would likely lead to continued dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to the U.S. textile industry. As a result, Commerce is publishing a notice continuing these orders.
