Light Truck Average Fuel Economy Standard, Model Year 2004 Correction

The U.S. government has corrected a proposed rule for the 2004 model year light truck average fuel economy standard, adding a section on environmental impacts that was missing from the original preamble. The correction was published in response to a notice in the Federal Register on January 24, 2002.
