NHTSA Requests Comments on Draft Policy for Retroactive Certification of Commercial Vehicles

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking public comment on a draft policy statement regarding the certification of commercial vehicles manufactured in Mexico for the US market, in compliance with the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1966.
