NHTSA Seeks Comments on Disposition of Recalled Tires

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is requesting public comments on a proposed rule regarding the disposal of recalled tires, following a 2002 comment from the Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) in response to an NPRM published in 2001.
