Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards Fees Proposal for Fiscal Year 2003

The U.S. government proposes fees for Fiscal Year 2003 and until further notice to cover the costs of registering importers and importing motor vehicles that do not meet federal safety standards, as mandated by 49 U.S.C. 30141.
