Motor Vehicle Safety: Reimbursement Prior to Recall - NHTSA Seeks OMB Approval for Public Comment

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to collect certain information from the public before issuing a recall for motor vehicle safety issues, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
