New Regulation Mandates Reimbursement for Motor Vehicle Safety Defects
The Transportation Recall Enhancement, Accountability, and Documentation (TREAD) Act has been updated to require motor vehicle and equipment manufacturers to reimburse owners for the cost of repairs before issuing a recall notice.
