Mercedes-Benz, U.S.A. Inc. Seeks Waiver for Motor Vehicle Safety Noncompliance

Mercedes-Benz, U.S.A. Inc. has submitted a request to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for a decision that noncompliance with certain motor vehicle safety regulations is inconsequential to vehicle safety, allowing the company to continue production of affected vehicles.
