Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) Generic Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) issued Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) guidance on May 28, 2010, to expedite the clearance process for generic information collection activities, including the Medicaid and Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP). This process allows agencies to obtain approval for paperwork requirements more quickly.
