General Motors Granted Exemption for Chevrolet Venture from Federal Motor Vehicle Theft Prevention Standard
The US government has approved General Motors' request to exempt the Chevrolet Venture from requiring anti-theft devices to be marked with a unique identifier, deeming the existing anti-theft system sufficient to prevent vehicle theft.
