NHTSA to Evaluate Rollover Resistance Tests Under TREAD Act

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is planning to assess various driving tests for rollover resistance in compliance with the TREAD Act. The agency will create a dynamic test for light motor vehicles as part of a consumer information program and invites public comments on dynamic rollover testing methods and the development of meaningful consumer information.
