Insurer Reporting Requirements Amendment

The proposed amendment to 49 CFR Part 544 would update the list of passenger motor vehicle insurers required to file reports on motor vehicle theft loss experiences, with the first reports due by October 25, 2001, and subsequent reports due annually thereafter.
