NHTSA Amends Air Brake Standard to Address Inconsistencies and Clarify Provisions

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is updating its air brake safety standard to correct inconsistencies, clarify provisions, and allow the use of roll bars during brake testing, in response to a petition from the Truck Manufacturers Association.
