NHTSA Amends School Bus Body Joint Strength Standard
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has revised the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 221, School Bus Body Joint Strength, to clarify its applicability to small school buses and make other changes, effective June 1, 2002.
