NCUA Amends Chartering and Field of Membership Manual to Simplify Community Charter Applications

The NCUA Board is making two changes to its manual to reduce the burden on applicants for community charters, expansions, or conversions, including eliminating the need for documentation on common characteristics and background of residents.
