CITES Proposes End to Pre-Convention Caviar Certificates

The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) is proposing to stop issuing and accepting pre-Convention certificates for caviar, which were valid for caviar harvested before April 1, 1998.
