US Preliminary Results of Antidumping Review on Manganese Metal from China, Partial Rescission of Review Period

Summary

The US government has found that Chinese companies, including China Metallurgical Import & Export Hunan Corporation and China National Electronics Import & Export Hunan Company, sold manganese metal below their normal value during a review period from February 1, 1998, to January 31, 1999. The preliminary results will be subject to public comment before the final decision is made.
