FDIC Requests Renewal of Information Collection on Treatment of Financial Assets Transferred After September 30, 2010

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking public comment on the renewal of an existing information collection, which requires approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The collection, currently approved under OMB Control No. 3064-0177, pertains to the FDIC's treatment of financial assets transferred by insured depository institutions in connection with securitization or participation after September 30, 2010.
