Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards to Amend Upper Interior Impact Requirements

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration proposes to expand the minimum distance between target points on vertical surfaces inside a vehicle to alleviate concerns about head impact overlap, and add target points for non-pillar structures.
