NHTSA to Review Amendment to Child Restraint Systems Safety Standard

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking public comments on a potential amendment to its Child Restraint Systems Safety Standard, which would make it easier for manufacturers to produce child restraints for older children who use vehicles with only lap belts in the rear seats.
