USITC to Review Antidumping Duty Orders on Bearings from 10 Countries

Summary

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) will conduct full reviews of antidumping duty orders on bearings from China, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Romania, Singapore, Sweden, and the UK to determine if revoking these orders would lead to continued material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The review period may be extended by up to 90 days, and a schedule will be announced at a later date.
