NHTSA Denies Petitions for Reconsideration of Head Impact Protection Standard
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has denied petitions for reconsideration submitted by the American Automobile Manufacturers Association (AAMA) and ASC, Incorporated, related to the 1997 final rule amending the Head Impact Protection Standard, No. 201.
