NHTSA Announces Discretionary Grant Program to Reduce Illegal Passing of School Buses

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is launching a discretionary grant program to support demonstration projects that aim to reduce illegal passing of school buses. The program will fund up to four projects for a minimum of one school year and 15 months, with the goal of improving school bus safety and reducing fatalities and injuries.
