Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards; Child Restraint Systems - Final Rule
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has adopted most of the amendments made by interim final rules to the air bag warning label requirement in the Child Restraint Systems standard, with a longer signal duration for deactivating the air bag. The final rule also corrects a labeling provision requiring installation diagrams for specific seating positions.
