Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission to OMB for Review; Comment Request

The NCUA has submitted the following final rule information collection reinstatement with changes to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13, 44 U.S.C. Chapter 35). This information collection is published to obtain comments from the public. It was published as a proposed rule on August 1, 1997. No comments relating to the information collection were received within the 60 day comment period.
