NCUA Submits Information Collection Forms for Review and Clearance

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) has submitted its information collection forms for reinstatement with no changes to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, seeking public comments on the proposed forms published on May 29, 1998.
