Continuation of Antidumping Duty and Countervailing Duty Orders on Lightweight Thermal Paper from China

Summary

The U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission have determined that revoking the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on lightweight thermal paper from China would likely lead to continued dumping, countervailable subsidies, and material injury to the U.S. industry. As a result, Commerce is publishing a notice continuing these orders.
