The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has announced that the summer flounder commercial quota available to Massachusetts has been fully utilized, and vessels with a permit for the summer flounder fishery are prohibited from landing summer flounder in Massachusetts for the remainder of 1996 unless additional quota becomes available through a transfer.
