The Office of AIDS Research Advisory Council (OARAC) will hold its Third meeting on October 29, 1996, at the National Institutes of Health, open to the public, to discuss the FY 1997 AIDS research budget, the FY 1998 HIH Plan for HIV-Related Research, and a new proposal for the use of the OAR discretionary fund.
