The Agency for Health Care Policy and Research (AHCPR) is seeking public comment on its plan to reinstate two expired information collection projects, the 1987 Health Insurance Plans Survey (HIPS) and the 1994 National Employer Health Insurance Survey (NEHIS), into a single project, the 1997 Medical Expenditure Panel Survey--Insurance Component (MEPS-IC), in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
