Notice of Proposed Change to the Natural Resources Conservation Service's National Handbook of Conservation Practices

Summary

The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) plans to introduce new conservation practice standards in its National Handbook of Conservation Practices, including Forage Harvest Management, Mine Shaft and Adit Closing, and Vegetative Barriers. These new standards will be adopted by NRCS State Conservationists in their state's Field Office Technical Guide.
