NMFS Announces Harvest of Summer Flounder Quota for New York

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued a notification to inform the State of New York that the commercial quota for summer flounder has been fully harvested, and vessels with a permit for the summer flounder fishery are prohibited from landing the fish in New York until additional quota becomes available through a transfer.
