NHTSA to Conduct Telephone Survey on Motor Vehicle Bystander Care Program

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) will conduct a telephone survey as part of a two-site evaluation of its Bystander Care program, aimed at reducing fatalities and economic loss from motor vehicle crashes by encouraging bystanders to provide life-saving assistance.
