NHTSA Launches Cooperative Agreement Program to Reduce Alcohol-Related Fatalities

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking innovative projects to reduce alcohol-impaired fatalities, with a goal of reaching 11,000 fatalities by 2005, and will fund several demonstration projects for two years.
