NHTSA Amends Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard for Child Restraint Systems
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has amended the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard for Child Restraint Systems to modify the air bag warning label required for rear-facing child seats, in response to a request from Mercedes-Benz, and will make the changes effective immediately on an interim basis.
