NHTSA Expands Evaluation of Safe Communities Programs with New Cooperative Agreement

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has announced an amendment to its application review process for Safe Communities programs, allowing for non-Federal experts to assist in the evaluation of applications, while ensuring compliance with Federal conflicts of interest provisions.
