BMW Granted Exemption from Vehicle Theft Prevention Standard for Carline 3
BMW of North America, Inc. has been granted an exemption from the vehicle theft prevention standard for its high-theft line, the Carline 3, as the agency believes the standard anti-theft device will be as effective as marking the parts.
