NCUA Proposes Revised Regulations for Disclosure of Information Under FOIA and E-FOIA

The NCUA has proposed changes to its regulations governing the disclosure of information in response to recent updates to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996 (E-FOIA), aiming to improve the processing of FOIA requests and provide clearer guidance for the public on obtaining records from the Office of Inspector General.
