Application of the RFI/C(D) Rating System to Savings and Loan Holding Companies
Summary
The Federal Reserve Board has decided to apply its RFI/C(D) supervisory rating system to certain savings and loan holding companies (SLHCs) with significant commercial or insurance activities, and those with $100 billion or more in assets. This decision is similar to the system applied to bank holding companies (BHCs).
