Acceptance of Group Application Under P.L. 95-202 and DODD 1000.20 for AFS Veterans

Summary

The U.S. Department of Defense has accepted a group application under the Veterans' Preference Act (P.L. 95-202) and the Department of Defense Instruction (DODD) 1000.20 for all U.S. civilians who served with the American Field Service (AFS) overseas operationally between April 6, 1917, and January 1918, and November 10, 1941, and August 1945.
