Availability of Record of Decision for the Bonneville Power Administration/Puget Power Northwest Washington Transmission Project

Summary

The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) and Puget Power Northwest have decided to upgrade their high-voltage transmission system in Washington State to increase transmission capacity, starting in 1995. The upgrades will add 850 megawatts of capacity to the existing system.
