The Department of the Army is announcing that approximately 77.5 acres of land and buildings at the Defense Personnel Support Center in south Philadelphia have been determined surplus, with a scheduled closure by July 2, 1999. The Army will conduct an outreach screening process to express interest in the property, led by Lori Flynn of the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation, starting in early 1996.
