NHTSA Rescinds Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard for Reflectivity of Metallic Components
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has finalized a rule to rescind a federal safety standard that regulates the reflectivity of metallic components in front of the driver, as part of the President's Regulatory Reinvention Initiative.
